In a repeat of last week’s Anti-Wimp Update, another alleged San Antonio vehicle thief was stopped by an armed Texan.
San Antonio police say that a man in his 20s attempted to steal a vehicle from a northwest side apartment complex about 2:20 a.m.
The vehicle’s owner heard glass breaking outside his apartment and went to investigate. He found a person stealing his vehicle and used his firearm to fire a single shot at the thief, successfully hitting him in the side of the chest.
The vehicle’s owner immediately called police.
The wounded thief died at the scene.
All the better for Bexar County; all the better for Texas.
