Our Lone Star story of the day: Jerk of a judge, Lee Yeakel, a W. bush appointee, once again shows you don’t have to be super bright to make it to the federal bench. His ruling that Texas is violating the Americans with Disabilities Act by preventing schools (and schools only mind you) from ordering face masks on staff and students is sloppy thinking at best and a ridiculous intrusion upon states’ ability to govern their own affairs.
