Texas Republicans must vote to offset huge Democrat early voter turnout

Pratt on Texas - copyright Pratt on Texas all rights reservedFrom drive-through voting not authorized by state law, to ballot by mail shenanigans, to last week’s 24-hour early voting, Texas’ largest county, Harris County, has been engaged in many schemes to turnout more Democrat votes in the urban Houston-area than ever before.

Ted Cruz lost his home county but won the 2018 senate race because the people of northwest Texas and big chunks of east Texas turned out in huge numbers to offset the heavily Democrat cities. This time, now that Democrats newly run Harris County and have put a Democrat Party official in charge of elections as county clerk, the Leftist machine is doing all it can to make it where folks in the Big Country, Permian Basin, Panhandle and South Plains, Texoma and conservative East Texas, have to themselves turnout in record numbers for Republicans to win a U.S. Senate seat and other statewide races.

Do not kid yourself, record presidential cycle voter turnout in Harris and Travis counties means that there is no margin for error this election cycle. Those of us in more conservative voting areas must turnout ever person we can to vote for President Trump, Senator Cornyn and all other non-Leftists down the ballot.

Tomorrow is an historic decision day in our country: Will we go a further and take another likely undoable step toward top-down European-style statism that will eventually put us all in little multifamily housing; limit what we can drive, where and when; and, severely restrict the ability of individuals to innovate, start companies, and ultimately be economically mobile? Or, will we say no to being managed by government bureaucrats and preserve American Liberty through which we all have daily chances to strive to achieve our personal goals and dreams?

What can you do?

Get on the phone today and learn who in your family, circle of friends, and work associates have not yet voted. Ask them all if they’ve voted. For those who have not yet voted, your job becomes one of hounding and cajoling them to the polls tomorrow. Go get ‘em and take ‘em if need be. Click here for a step-by-step GOTV instruction guide.

The election hinges on turnout and we must work like never before to counter the record urban early vote turnout in Houston, Austin and other liberal places. We can do it but it is, ultimately, up to us and the work we put in.
