Tomorrow, Tuesday, 29 September isn’t just the Trump vs. Biden presidential debate, it’s election day for a special election to fill the Texas Senate District 30 seat.
As I have explained in detail in a post at PrattonTexas.com, I am fully endorsing state Representative Drew Springer for this important place in our Texas Senate.
Rep. Drew Springer
Despite what some have claimed, Springer has a very strong record in the Texas House as a conservative as well as handling issues important to rural Texas. Springer is currently chairman of the house committee on agriculture and livestock as well as a member of the key state affairs committee.
Pratt on Texas was a big part of the campaign that first saw Drew Springer elected to the Texas House and I’ve watched his career closely. He’s a listener of the show, a frequent caller during legislative session, and has conducted himself in the way he promised voters he would. He’s not shorted us on promises made and hasn’t delivered empty excuses to me as many others have.
Drew Springer will make a state senator all of us in Texas can count on. He’s A+ rated and endorsed by the NRA, is strongly pro-life, and is backed by law enforcement; realtors, NFIB and a host of pro-small business organizations. But one of the best things about Drew Springer for voters is this: He’s easily approachable, doesn’t try to big-time you, and listens to you.
I hope everyone in the audience who lives in Senate District 30, that seat held for so long by Craig Estes and most recently by standout conservative Pat Fallon, who by the way has also endorsed Springer, will get out on Tuesday and vote for Drew Springer for Texas Senate.
