We’ll know things are being fixed after the issue if aggressively taken to a Grand Jury. If the Grand Jury no-bill saying circumstances don’t warrant indictment then fine (I might vote that way depending upon the evidence) but, being suspended form work is not a statutory punishment for violent assault and police should be held to the highest standard of conduct.
