A Midland homeowner found the intruder lurking in his garage when he went to check on his dogs, Midland Police said. The homeowner fired a shot at the suspect, prompting him to fire back. No one was injured.
Police described the man, last seen running westbound from the scene down an alley, as a “possible Hispanic wearing a red mask.”
