Meanwhile, A.G. Paxton’s office has announced the arrest of 7 for illegal voting that it has already been working on.

Lubbock Co. payroll scandal: Demonstrating that I’ve gotten it right from the beginning, Mr. Meurer releases a statement claiming Bowtie Bully Curtis Parrish encouraged his getting paid as a county commissioner even when he was not serving as such. Think about what Parrish was effectively telling Mr. Meurer. He was saying that Meurer is entitled to full-time pay for the many months, could be years, Meurer was NOT serving as a county commissioner, due to court order, if he were to prevail eventually in the legal case. This exposes Bowtie Bully’ extreme lack of ethical standards.
