Our Lone Star story of the day: In 2021, I recommended Texas voters vote against Constitutional Amendment Proposition 2. Now a court has ruled that the ballot language did not properly inform voters and, unless the ruling is changed on appeal, the adoption of Prop. 2 will be overturned. It was a bad idea from the beginning and all you need do to see such is to see that Harris Co. is using it to build a new headquarters for The Texans NFL football team.
