This morning, 10 April 2026, just before 8 a.m., Arlington police responded to calls reporting gunshots. The initial investigation determined that a homeowner noticed a burglar removing something from the homeowner’s vehicle. The homeowner went out to investigate and during the encounter fired his weapon, hitting the suspected burglar at least once.
The burglar was taken to hospital for treatment.
All the better for Arlington, all the better for Texas!
