Everything that is wrong with the public education system: F-rated small school district, Roscoe Collegiate ISD, spends big money on fancy buses claiming: [The fancy buses] will boost it boosts morale—students feel valued when they’re riding in a vehicle that reflects their importance to the school community.” How about the F-rated district put the money into academics so that students earn real, lifelong “morale!”
