  1. Concerning the Big Beautiful Bill being voted on this week: There are too many problems with this monstrous legislation to list, but as a medical professional who’s followed the science on all of this, I have serious concerns, specifically with Section 43201. AI and genetic/DNA records, screenings and surveillance are not NOT scientifically supported and have life-threatening problems. This imposes extreme risks to people, their rights to privacy, and risks abuses in medical care, including eugenics-laced abuses, rationing and discrimiation. I’ve written of the problems with electronic medical records, eugenics and “risk factors” for decades. This is worse. AI is also not ready to be instituted in any area affecting people’s lives, including education or healthcare, without serious safeguards in place ahead of time.

It’s unbelievable that this legislation has made it this far, removing state’s rights! States sovereignty should be preserved at all costs against government overstepping its Constitutional role. Individual freedoms will be squelched in this, too. They’ve been selling this “BBB” to the public based on all of the “free” new stuff, without explaining the other stuff buried in the 1,116 pages!

Please read this article concerning just the AI risks. It’s very worrisome: https://jonfleetwood.substack.com/p/congress-will-vote-to-strip-states

I hope you will add your voice to the concerns.
