The clown court known as the Texas [un]Ethics Commission adopts a rule to require disclosure for social media posts when being paid by a campaign to make the posts. The rule is inline with Texas law on disclosure but it seems ripe, the way it is setup, to become a nightmare tool used to intimidate citizen political speech.
