According to Harris County law enforcement, two teenagers were shot as they attempted to rob a man who had just exited a convenience store in Humble around 5 p.m. on Sunday.
A man saw what the teens were doing to his friend and went to help, armed with a firearm. The man used the firearm to stop the attack by shooting both of the teenaged robbers.
One of the teen robbers began the eternal dirt nap at the scene and the other has been reported to be in critical condition in hospital after surgery.
Police say the victim of this robbery and his friend who stopped the robbery have cooperated with the investigation.
