Texas wins over “gender” fluidity rules | Dems refused to fix DACA | Tx Dems go anti-gun to move polls – Pratt on Texas 10/6/2022

The news of Texas covered today includes:

Our Lone Star story of the day: Attorney General Paxton gets court win over Biden Administration rules attempting to force “gender” fluidity upon Texans. (Here is an updated story explaining this.) Plus, Texas argues an important case at the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals today. LULAC sued over SB1111 which simply makes sure people are registered to vote in the precinct in which they reside – why is LULAC against this unless it wants people voting where they do not reside?

Our Lone Star story of the day is sponsored by Allied Compliance Services providing the best service in DOT, business and personal drug and alcohol testing since 1995.

DACA declared illegal and the Democrats, who could have easily at multiple times solved the problem by changing law, continue to play these so-called “Dreamers” and blame Republicans for their plight. El Paso, a Democrat-led city, busing thousands to NYC and other locations yet the press doesn’t equate such, generally, with the state doing the same. And, more in the border stack.

O’Rourke and Texas Democrats see the polls are bad for them so they’ve decided to go all-out anti-personal safety and anti-Second Amendment for gun control and blaming Republicans for school shootings? I wonder what Republican is the cause of the mass school shooting in Thailand today?

And, other news of Texas.
