On today’s Pratt on Texas I interview a former president of the Republic of Costa Rica, José María Figueres.
Mr. Figueres is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He was elected president of Costa Rica in 1994 at the age of 39 becoming the country’s youngest democratically elected leader.
Among many distinguished positions, Mr. Figueres has served as CEO and executive director of the World Economic Forum.
