Saturday Rally for Fired KCBD workers – Health Freedom of Lubbock

Via press release:

LUBBOCK, Texas – Health Freedom of Lubbock is organizing a Rally in support of the six employees who were fired by KCBD for not receiving a Covid19 vaccine. We will gather together with the following other groups in a joint show of support for these employees and in opposition to the vaccine mandate:

  • West Texas for Life
  • Prosperity West Texas
  • True Texas Project-Lubbock
  • South Plains Patriots

Furthermore, Chalon Goodley, the president of the Lubbock Area Republican Women issues the following statement in support:

“I am very sad to hear of the firing of employees over “Vaccine Mandates” especially right here in Lubbock, Texas. I believe vaccines are a “personal choice.” We still live in the USA where we are supposed to be a free country. Unfortunately under this administration we are losing our freedoms every day. I do not believe in mandates and believe we “each of us” get to make choices that best fit our needs personally. I am looking forward to Texas Bill HB 155 passing to support personal choice.”

WHERE: Outside KCBD-TV Newschannel 11; 5600 Avenue A; Lubbock, Texas

WHEN: Saturday October 16th 11:00am to 12:00pm
