According to the Houston Police Department, a woman was at home when here ex-boyfriend broke into her apartment in west Houston around 10 p.m. on Thursday.
Being armed, the woman opened fire fatally striking the man. He began the Eternal Dirt Nap at the scene.
No charges have been filed and Houston police continue their investigation.
