A homeowner on the south side of San Antonio noticed someone trying to break into his vehicle about 3 a.m. on Tuesday. Armed with a firearm, the homeowner confronted the thief who was also armed.
After exchanging gunfire, the thief ran from the scene but collapsed in nearby Bellaire Park where he began the eternal dirt nap.

The armed San Antonio homeowner’s aim was superior having placed one or more rounds in the chest of the would-be thief and himself suffered no wounds from the wild fire from the perpetrator.
