Is it me or is the man being arrested for discharge of a firearm in city limits sound like a bunch of malarky? When did cities get the ability to remove our 2nd amendment rights? Part of baring arms is also practicing their use. The man in the article did co-operate with police and also thought he was outside of city limits, so it’s not like he was trying to cause any problems.
Anyways, this arrest seems to violate the 2nd amendment and our natural rights, and we all just go along with it like it’s no big deal. How would you like to be fined or arrested for defending your home by discharging a firearm inside city limits? It’s garbage and should be changed, but with our current crop of city leaders, I doubt it will.
