   Craig Estes does a good job saying all the right things and passing legislation that sounds good, but what I’ve found on further study and reading of what laws he has passed…none of them really had any teeth. A casual reading of the law would make you think that it would fix the problem, but then when you mulled over what was written, the law had exceptions to it, that specifically left the root of the problem untouched.

   Fallon is much more conservative than Estes. He will get my support.
