About a shooting in Mesquite, the Houston Chronicle reports: “Wayne Osborne, 16, was one of two 16-year-old robbery suspects who placed a pizza order so they could lure the driver into a robbery. One of the teens then allegedly fired at the unidentified driver, the Dallas Morning News reports. The Domino’s employee fired back, killing Osborne in the process.
“The delivery person did not have a license to carry a gun and could face charges of unlawful possession. No additional charges have been announced at this time.
“The second teen involved in the incident has been arrested.

“The deceased suspect, Osborne, was a a student at Mesquite ISD’s John Horn High School.”
