Employees of a Houston-area gun store heard attempted car break-ins and took action by running outside armed with AR-15 rifles. Upon seeing the people breaking into vehicles, the employees aimed their rifles at alleged thieves who were armed.
“Two of the suspects were held at gunpoint. Two of the other suspects jumped in a vehicle and drove off. As they were driving off, they fired a shot at the employee who returned fire with an AR-15 rifle,” Houston police Lt. Larry Crowson said.
According to KPRC, “Thirty minutes later, police said, the three in that car showed up to West Houston Medical Center and dropped off a man with a gunshot wound in the back.”
