- County Commissioners discuss salary increases, new voting equipment – that “sticking with the current tax rate” is at minimum a whopping 6.2% tax increase on residents as that was the average increase in existing residential property values across the county according to Lubbock CAD! The County will also see a huge boost in revenue from new construction values not factored in the previous year.
