From KBMT: Beaumont police were called after there were reports of an attempted robbery and shots fired. When officers arrived on scene they found the alleged robber had been shot by the person he was trying to rob.
The alleged robber was taken to Christus Southeast Texas – St. Elizabeth. The victim was not hurt.
The Beaumont Police Department has released the name of a man shot while allegedly attempting to rob a man Thursday: Detectives obtained an arrest warrant on a charge of aggravated robbery for Adrian Glenn, 26, of Beaumont, who was shot in the incident.
