At a League City McDonald’s as reported by the Galveston Daily News: “Witnesses told investigators a man walked up to a Ford F-150 pickup truck and pointed a handgun at the driver about 2:10 p.m., police said.
“The driver, who is a concealed handgun license holder, pulled out his handgun and shot the man multiple times, striking him in the chest, police said.
“The 37-year-old man, whose name had not been released, was taken to Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, where he died, police said.
“Neither the driver nor his 4-year-old son were injured during the shooting, police said.”
