“The Brown County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary call Saturday at a home on FM 1176. When the deputy arrived, the suspect was lying on the floor in handcuffs.
‘The homeowner caught Adrian Vela, 18, in the act. Kevin Barclift told Vela to get on the ground and then cuffed him. He was allegedly trying to steal a gun and several bottles of alcohol.
