- TX19: Arrington removes competitor’s name from Abbott sponsor list
- TX19: Arrington denies accusations of removing mayor’s name from governor’s fundraising invite – the problem with this is that the Governor’s mailed invitation was printed, mailed and in-hand well before “a little more than a week beforehand”. Thus the Robertson name WAS on the list. It does matter, it says a lot that Arrington tried to the turn himself into the co-host of the event in order to benefit from association with the Governor. Do what you want with your own events and campaign but don’t use others’ (the Governor’s fundraiser in this case) to try and benefit yourself.
