“Miguel Aguirre, 34, is accused of going to the victim’s door with a gun and demanding drugs and money on Friday. The report says the homeowner, Irving Billings, tried to close the door but Aguirre tried to force his way in and fired through the door. Billings told deputies he ran to his bedroom to get a gun and says Aguirre fired through that door too before running away.”
