After two sessions in the Texas House, Charles Perry has earned my support. You see, unlike so many, I don’t back candidates because they would be the best golfing buddy or the person I most like to share a cigar and drink with. And certainly not based on the local social set in which they swing. I back those who vote right, those who do what is in the best interest of Texas, Liberty and limited government.
Representative Charles Perry, serving in his first elected office for two terms in the Texas House, has compiled a conservative record equaled by fewer than a handful in all ratings. Charles Perry has demonstrated that he will not back down from protecting our rights even in the face of strong-arm tactics from the Speaker’s motley band of moderates.

When I look at the Senate District 28 race, I ask myself: Who has a proven record of voting conservative; not who claims the title in the slickest manner in campaign ads.
Other than Delwin Jones, Perry’s competitors have no record to substantiate their claims and Delwin’s long record most certainly doesn’t support his new-found claims of conservatism.
The best funded rival, Jodey Arrington, has been on a government payroll his entire adult life with the recent stint at Tech paying well over two hundred grand per year. He’s not founded, built or run a business nor, has he ever had to sweat the effects of government action on a business owner.
Perry on the other hand has built a successful CPA practice that depends upon a healthy business climate to succeed.
The best funded rival, Jodey Arrington, has been on a government payroll his entire adult life…
The choice is whether voters want a lifelong political staffer who has lived off the largess of taxpayers his entire life or, a proven leading conservative and small businessman.
I fully endorse Charles Perry for the state senate and encourage you to get out the vote for him.
