…According to Port Neches Police, at 4:37 a.m. Wednesday, officers were sent to the 700 block of Bella Vita Drive for a possible burglary in progress. Officers discovered that a homeowner had contact with a man involved in a burglary. The homeowner chased the man around his property and eventually fired one shot at the intruder.
