Burglars flee after store clerk, Harris County deputy both open fire
“…Deputies said the manager confronted the pair as the men tried to break in to the business. The worker opened fire, wounding one of them. The suspects, including the wounded man, ran away.
A deputy with the Harris County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office spotted the suspects nearby. For some reason, the deputy opened fire on them. He did not hit the suspects, who were then taken into custody. The deputy was not hurt.”…
