Odessa City Council Tables Red Light Camera Ordinance

Odessa – After months of debate, an ordinance that paves the way for red light cameras in Odessa was not voted on.
The decision came after citizens spoke out at the council’s last meeting.
I’m glad to see people spoke up, and stopped the 4th Amendment violations before they started!
