Appearing on Pratt on Texas on Monday, 20 March 2017, Lt. Governor Dan Patrick was asked about press reports of a rift between he and the Speaker of the House. Patrick pointedly said the House should have already acted on certain key bills named emergency items by Governor Abbott.
