Cyndi Ortiz, for a while a Lubbock resident and political activist, has alleged quite strange things against Senator Charles Perry in seeking a court order from her new home in Oklahoma. According to press accounts Ortiz is now working as a “stripper” in the Sooner State. In email below (click on the link for the pdf) she writes that she is doing all “to just be able to enjoy a normal peaceful life.” Hmm, quite a contrast.
Ms. Ortiz is the first, and one of only two or three I can remember, individuals from whom I have ever found it necessary to completely block email in relation to Pratt on Texas – and that was done several years ago due to behavior then unrelated to Senator Perry. Infer from that factoid whatever you may.

After the Federal court ruling the program is no longer financially viable. The only cuts are to “benefits” we allowed veterans to pass on to children and other family members according to press accounts. The education benefits to the veterans themselves were not affected as I understand it and as press accounts have detailed.
