Pratt,

First and foremost.......Great show.......I love your passion......Keep it up!!!!!

The attached letter came to our office.....with all its official govt. lingo to try and make you feel that they are only doing this for your own safety.

We called the city and questioned what this letter was regarding. She told us the main reason for these inspections was to check toilets....yes....toilets.

We asked why they were only going to check business toilets and she told us that they are just starting with the business toilets. This program will expand to check all toilets in the city!

So now we have the toilet patrol! Flushing toilets all over the city.

It makes me wonder if this Hardin and Associates that's doing these inspections convinced the city that this state/federal law is important and they will get in trouble if they don't do the inspections. I don't know which it is......just sounds like a waste of money to me!

Inspect every toilet in the city of Lubbock.....nuts! I'm not surprised at all.

Thanks for your hard work!!!

Best Regards,
Cade U.

Pratt responds:

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. DEMAND A WARRANT.

YOU COULD BE CHARGED WITH EXPENSIVE CHANGES AND REPAIRS IF THEY FIND SOMETHING.

THEY NEED A WARRANT TO ENTER MOST PROPERTY AND TO GET THAT THEY NEED TO CONVINCE A JUDGE THAT THERE IS EVIDENCE TO SUSPECT A PROBLEM.

This is my initial take and may be revised as I learn more, Pratt.
