A stimulus has fallen from the sky in the last 2 days that the Federal Government couldn't even begin to touch.

This ran will do more for the economy of Lubbock than Obama and his cronies could ever do. Sadly, many citizens in the Hub don't even realize the benefit of a pre-plant rain such as this.

Oh well, at least we will can depend on the visitors' center!
