Pratt,

I must have missed the protocol for a deceased US Senator. Driving around Sunday I noticed quite a few flags being flown at half-mast. Seeing as Ted Kennedy was such a leftist, it seemed appropriate almost all branches of People's Bank we're being flown that way.

The President ordered the flags to half-mast and such is normal. I’m glad to know that someone else is a bit bothered by the name of that bank – sometimes I feel very alone on these things!
