The Dog-Catcher-In-Chief, or is it the Dog Czar?, has spoken. I agree we should save city expenses. Perhaps we could cut back on his ration of Alpo, or at least cut the budget on the Taj Mahound he wants to set up offices in. At any rate, the way I see it, there may be a net loss of one job at the Health Department since they're moving positions around and the State is picking up two positions. Perhaps Mister Overbearing will forgo his doggy treats as he asks the volunteers who sit on boards in the city to bring their own baloney to the table.
