Democrats endorsing Texas RINOs for speaker is funny; proves me correct

I find it funny that Democrats are openly endorsing people from the other party for Texas House speaker now that RINO Joe Straus is not running for re-election.

A little-known guy running for the Democrat nomination for House District 83, held by conservative Republican Dustin Burrows, publicly endorsed Amarillo’s Representative Four Price and San Angelo’s Representative Drew Darby for speaker this week. Four Price was also included in a list of  “acceptable” Republicans for speaker given to a Houston Chronicle reporter by a Democrat legislative leader.

Walter Price, IV

Rep. Four Price

This is hilarious because it pulls the rug from under all the other RINOs who go around telling people that I am making it up about how close to being all out Democrats people like Price and Darby are.

When you find liberal Democrats endorsing these RINOs for the top post in the next legislative session, all doubt is removed as to what these reps actually are known to be inside the body in Austin.

It was Representative Dustin Burrows who made the motion in the House GOP caucus to have the next speaker nominee of Republicans to be selected within the caucus. Burrows then served on the select committee to move the issue forward and this week, the committee recommended new rules to provide for Republicans selecting one nominee from within their own caucus.

Caucus chairman Tan Parker has called a GOP caucus meeting for December first for the issue to be voted upon. Some may try and kill it or delay it, if they do, just put their names down on that list  of known fake Republicans doing the bidding for Texas Democrats.
