Anti-wimp: Killeen license-to-carry holder forced to fire in self-defense

According to a report from KCEN-TV, Killeen police have determined the death of a woman that was fatally shot by a man was an act of self-defense.

The on-scene investigation concluded that 23-year-old Raven Symone Fisher confronted a man about a parking complaint while armed with a handgun. The victim, a Texan licensed-to-carry holder, tried to diffuse the confrontation with Fisher but was not successful and ultimately, in fear of his life from the armed Fisher, used his handgun in self-defense.

The armed instigator, Raven Symone Fisher, was found by police on the ground at the Killeen apartment complex fatally wounded by a gunshot(s).

According to KCEN, “the victim was initially detained by police and later released with no charges.”
